At MIIXO, we take pride in the architectural precision and craftsmanship of our eyewear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a transparent and seamless 14-day return and exchange policy.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or a full refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The frames must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same pristine condition that you received them.

• All original packaging must be included: the vegan leather case, microfiber cleaning cloth, authentication cards, and presentation box.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must accompany the request.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our client care team at support@miixoshop.com with your order number. Our team will verify your details and issue return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund:

• Card Payments: Refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via secure bank transfer or store credit based on your preference.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged frame or the wrong design, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs at support@miixoshop.com. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at zero additional expense.
